Please contact me right away if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase. I will do what I can to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping at Sarah Goode Designs.

★ REFUNDS ★

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must return the item or items within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Items must be in original packaging and unworn.

★ MISSING PACKAGES ★

Shipping times can vary greatly. Please contact me if you haven’t received your package in the US within 3 weeks, and within 8 weeks for international packages. Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, had an exceptionally long delivery time.
